Professional Experience

Mr. Daniel S. H. Lee graduated from the University of California at Berkeley in 1993 with a B.A. degree in Political Economy of Industrial Societies.
Thereafter, he attended Pepperdine University School of Law, receiving his J.D. degree in 1997. Mr. Lee was admitted to the State Bar of California in 1997, and remains an active member in good standing, licensed to practice before all courts in the State of California and the Central District of California of the United States District Courts.
Before forming Lee & Oh, Mr. Lee was a member of Marshack, Shulman, Hodges & Bastian, L.L.P. in Irvine, California.

In addition to representing a number of publicly held corporations whose operations are regional, national, and global in scope, Mr. Lee has represented a diverse clientele of smaller, privately-held businesses, entrepreneurs, and individuals.
Mr. Lee’s practice includes bankruptcy, banking and creditors’ rights, commercial and civil litigation, real estate litigation and transactions, general corporate law, and immigration law.
